Cloud Blossoms

since i have neglected to finish this piece off and add some sort of background, i have named it 'cloud blooms' because the typical, fluffy cloud, is white, or at least in my mind. and because it almost looks like flowers growing a a puff of condensed water ( which is just my fancy phrasing for 'cloud', and it is a cloud if you ignore the lack of anything but WHITE) and since i do not own a tablet myself, (i took it from a friend) if she allows me to use it again i might finish this up.
